our Mission
Franklin United Music Parents (UMPS) mission is to organize the parents of current Franklin High School (FHS) and Forest Park Middle School (FPMS) music students by promoting involvement to enrich all students’ musical participation in the Franklin Music Programs.
We will work to aid the FHS and FPMS Band, Choral and Orchestra teachers in organizing volunteers for events, provide Band, Choral and Orchestra programs with financial aid for events or items not budgeted for by the school district or through fundraising efforts, and promote unity among music students, patrons of the arts and community members within and outside of the school district
