Volunteer Sign up
To continue to make our fair a success we need as many volunteers as we can so the day runs smoothly.
Areas to volunteer include:
- Bake Sale Donations
- Setup (Friday, 3/13 - evening)
- Runners (Friday, 3/13 - evening - help with loading/unloading and setting up booths - perfect for students)
- Vendor Registration, lunches and support
- Bake Sale
- Raffle
- Concessions
- Admissions
- Tear Down

Student Performance Sign Up
Student musicians and vocalists have the opportunity to independently perform throughout the day to make the shopping experience more enjoyable. Students may consider performing as individuals or ensembles. Any type of repertoire is terrific! This is a great opportunity to show the community those pieces students have worked so hard on for Solo & Ensemble. Stands and chairs will be provided, but students must bring/set up any amps, bluetooth speakers, etc., if needed. High school students may earn NHS hours for performing (rounding up to one hour of time for 1-4 performance slots).

Vendor Application
To apply to be a vendor, please complete this Google form.
Once your application is received and reviewed, a payment link will be sent to the email address provided on the application. All payments will be electronic and registration will be held for 48 hours pending payment. We thank you for your support of United Music Parents as we help support the Franklin Public School music programs.
